Some people are just negative, as you can see in my avi I’m all about supplements and “pump” I’ve taken jay cutlers legend pre workout beta test when he only gave to 5 people to try along with selling 100,000$ in supplements in a month to people on the phone cold calling who all came back for more with me because they work when directed proper. I’ve also made countless supplements and still have things I’ve never seen in the market 😈 my veins pop out before I even get my first pump in
Best ways I’d train people to break their fast is with bcaas and Isolate shake after 5 minutes. Bcaas I know work and use daily or I wouldn’t take, but again I feel like I do get ample amount from diet, which originates my above question if you have some knowledge on it thanks.Eating "clean" doesn't mean eating "healthy"

Lol 😂 to some it is I agree, to me however no, and that’s why I made more friends then I can think of,
I actually just visited a guy in a different state I been coaching for years that I literally changed his life off medications and Dude is more active then me now at 40
I can say the only ones that got ripped off are the ones who didn’t follow the plans
But I can tell you ive gotten over 20 people to be off hi blood pressure medication, cholesterol and some diabetics to not be, of course it’s more then just supplements but it is a blessing
Take a fat guy who drinks 2 gallons of sodas a day and now I have him drinking 6-8 servings of hydration/bcaas a day instead that taste good and it’ll justify 100,000$ X 100 people I use to sell toEating "clean" doesn't mean eating "healthy"

There are some people who sell people crap they don’t need and don’t give them advice how to take it and those are the ones who say it doesn’t work
And then there’s the ones who follow a program, take supplementation in place of bad habits or habits that can improve, and those are the ones who are rewarded greatly.
When I call back and see notes of “client refused to follow plan and left 1200$ of supplements in closet for two year’s” and his secretary says “he no longer is around due to heart failure” and stats were 360 pounds 5 10 48 years old
You can’t blame supplements for not working
I’ll break it down easier for some of you guys
Instead of having 50 grams of fat 150 grams of carbs that will absolutely fuk your hormones
Compared to waking up having bcaas first, isolate 30 grams of protein 2nd and not eating for hour and a half then a balanced meal
Guess who’s going to be healthier, better hormones and burn more fat?
Do supplements work? Absolutely
It’s about timing and as word says
Supplement in your diet
And before “you can eat a spoonful of salt and be healthier then eating the breakfast above”
This is about “supplementing” with sources available for conveniency along work maximizing for benefits
Yes a 2000$ running Kia and a 1.2 million dollar Bugatti will get you to point A and B but which will get you there quicker and more consistent?

Oh yeah, I would say 20,000$ at time in a month I was a coach was krill oils
My favorite?
Chocolate liquid fat burner with food suppressor, I’d have fat people eating that instead of bags of candy,
It cost 97$ a bottle that last a week but factor it into their bad habits they’re eliminating it’ now cost them pennies for pounds n pounds of weight lost and same satisfaction if not more as they lost appetites for bad stuffEating "clean" doesn't mean eating "healthy"

Bcaas as a supplement only truly have one effective purpose: To preserve the storage of muscle glycogen. You would only need that preservation with the following: 2-4hrs of moderate to intense exercise, lower carb diet where glycogen levels deplete faster or you forgot your Gatorade on the basketball court.
Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

you have the right to your opinion, he was great when it came to conditioning and strength building. I have read about everything he ever wrote and even had correspondence with him years ago about lifting and training. His nutrition knowledge is just subpar in my opinion as well as many people who had interactions with him in the past. I'll just leave it at that

I guess its safe to say you haven't used BCAAs long enough to truly understand their potential
During workout the most important thing is Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). People who claim they don't get results from them simply don't take enough. A 200 pound man should take 40 grams of BCAAs during a workout. I also add 9 grams of Carnosine. My athletes might go through 40 or 50 capsules per workout. We just dump about fifty capsules in a bottle and make sure they're all gone by the end of the workout. I find that to be very anabolic.
Most people who try this protocol break their plateaus right away. BCAAs have a host of research-supported benefits including preventing catabolism, stimulating anabolism, lowering DOMS, and providing endurance, energy, and an increased rate of recovery. Military personnel in many countries now receive BCAA solutions to prevent mental fatigue during maneuvers.

The beauty of BCAAs is that they're instantly available for use. Whole foods take time to digest and this is why they don't serve much of a purpose prior and or during training
