Hi all so I've been taking diet and training very seriously last 5 month or so and have posted new pics today on body space. I currently weigh 190 and I'm eating in a slight deficit while still pushing to progressive overload. I was wondering if you could give me an estimate of my current bf?

Keep in mind some of your body weight is things like water, glycogen, food residue etc. If you're actually going to cut to 12% you may have to go lower than 177 lb.
Not that I recommend cutting, you seem to be doing fine with your current approach.
