Didn't do any strength training this week as finally seen a physio for my shoulder.
Ready to push through now and get that 90kg goal

This weigh in is going to be an outlier, didn't get my Wednesday lift in had because I had to fill in 3 nights for snow plowing due to our guys being out with covid right when it snows :/. Feels like its been one long Monday and when only gas stations are open and I'm trying not to fall asleep plowing my diet of monster energy Doritos donuts and slim Jim's was great for not hitting people with the plow but it has left me dehydrated as **** so I expect to gain back maybe half this weight maybe more by next weigh in. On the Brightside this is probably the first time I've been under 275 since I was 21.

Weekly average weight is up 200g as well, so this wasn't an aberration. My adherence has mostly been good, but I had a boozy, indulgent weekend that undid the rest of my good work.

I guess this is just water because I haven't changed a thing in my diet or steps. Still eating between 2.200 - 2.300 calories and walk each day between 15.000 - 20.000 steps. My weights fluctates a lot.

Bad news boys, I've totally stopped losing weight, around 295/294. I'm around 1800 cals, some days under, some days 2000. I mean...I'm holding 295 with lots of muscle on 1800 cals a day, that's doing full conditioning workouts and 30-60 mins of walking after.
I have no idea what do... I'm already nearly beating physics. It shouldn't be like this. I'm doing too much, and eating little relative to size.SINK Crew (Single Income No Kids)

Snufy,
I mean no offence but if you aren't losing weight at that calorie intake then you are still eating in a surplus or in your case hitting maybe hitting maintenance/recomp levels.
Are you having one or two days a week where you are eating a lot more?
That can totally be a game changer and mess up any progress you have made.
If you are tracking and weighing things properly look at your foods in more detail maybe something weighs more than it says on the label or you are weighing something raw when it should be weighed cooked.
If you arent tracking and weighing food then thats definitely why you are at a standstill.
Are you eating say 2500 and a fitness tracker is taking off 600 for exercise as those things are terrible
Those 3 things are quite common things that can throw people off

Started from 220 lbs in October and tracked weight every day. 180.6 lbs today. I'm still about 23% bf with plenty of lbm. Currently on 2300 cals a day, but I'm not at work so staying active with 22,000 steps a day which sort of matches my work activity.
Getting leaner, but will slow fat loss to 1lb a week when I get to 170 lbs.I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

Gonna skip this week weigh in. Been out of the house since Monday night came home late Friday and avoided the scale since. I know it would not be good numbers after this week. I was having to work and worry about other issues around the house. I thank God nothing major like the others on the news. We were spared major issues this time. Gonna get back on track for next week.

Does it seem like everyone checking in had a slow/non-existance pace in Feb, or is it just me? I'm seeing most with less then 2 pounds in the last 3 weeks. Compared to JAN where the same people had good losses.
