    Into the 280's again... rolling a solid 1.2-1.3 pounds a week again.

    Biggest change is that I can feel a difference in metabolism big time, seeing more predictable changes, loss rate is increasing day to day, hunger is more on the same cals. Lifts are the same or better.

    I expect that to continue the lower I go.

    Had a good drop this week that I've been waiting for. I can usually tell well it's going to be coming off, because my workouts will feel heavier/laborious. I get the drop of weight, then the next week I feel great again. Interesting to notice.

    One more week, looking more likely I will continue to cut for another 12 weeks. That should then put me around 80kg if I keep my focus. That should be a perfect time for me to bulk. Currently feel like its too soon. No access to a gym in the uk for at least another 4 weeks. So it would make more sense for me to continue on my cut and transition back into things at the gym.
    Feels like such a long journey already from when I was 110kg back in September.

    Getting under 90kg is a big psychological thing for me. Haven’t been this weight since I had a big knee operation in 2015. Now I’m through the barrier I know I can push on down to 85kg in the next few months.

    While it's good that I've maintained the modest loss, it's not a good sign to be the exact weight I was one month ago. However, my strength is higher than at that time and my eating is a little more regular and balanced out, so on the whole, it is still probably slightly better.

    Nothing changes the equation of CICO for weight gain/loss, but 240 seems to be a psychological sticking point for me. Only way to move forward is to adhere to the deficit in my counted meals and be more careful when I'm out with family or friends and approximations cannot be trusted.

    BOOM! This diet is done! Reckon I'm down to about 13% body fat now, which is the leanest I've been since I was s teen. Maintenance for the next three weeks, then slowly bulking up to around 80kg, which is s better weight for my height of 6'1".

    Weight went up but im not worried I had one bad day this week that probabaly spiked it normaling eating about 2100 ate about 3200 on wensday so probabably water.

    Finally got back out of the 240's. I hit 238.0 today. Total of 18lbs for this round.
    If anyone continues a new thread I'll jump into that one. Hope to continue to drop a few more pounds. I was hoping to drop an extra 8lbs. I'm happy and the wife is as well. Mostly for my health.

    Made this just incase jsim doesn't post one as its been a while since hes posted anything.
    I want to keep this going at least for another 3 months.
    If he does post one I will happily delete as im not trying to take it over, I just have had such success over the last 6 months with these and they have helped keep me accountable for my journey.
    I need one last run to push on to where I feel I need to be.

    Happy with the results lowest weight In 6-7 years. However I’m not done I’ll need 3 maybe 4 more months before I reach my long term goal.
