    Happy with the pace, i will do my best to reach my goal but i recond it might be a little hard. this week i am back to work from home, so next week i'll focus more on my NEAT and hitting weights 4 times a week. My knee dosn't hurt anymore so i've startet jogging again. looking forward to next update.

    Well February has been a train wreck for me.
    Up 3lbs from the last time I did a weigh in.
    I knew last week would be bad since we were out of our house due to the blizzard, for Houston TX and most of Texas it was a major blizzard. Hoping to get weight back in right direction next week.

    February was weird.... I seem to be rolling again just fine at a 1-1.8 lbs a week pace. Nothing changed... so that's strange.

    Excited to be back in the 280's shortly.

    I was I was one of those people who could easily knock off 2-3 a week without issue.

    Ended up plowing another week really ****ed me up pretty much just sleep and plow for like 15 days and nothing else. My lifts were terrible the first 4 sessions back this week I finally feel stabilized and (normal /strong) had my first good lift since the odd schedule and poor diet / no training for a few weeks set me back. Weighing in a day early this time since I am offsite tomorrow just been so busy with work. I'm up 6 pounds from my last weigh in but I knew it would bump back up after the massive dehydration. all said and don't it only probably cost me a few pounds which is honestly better than expected maybe some realized losses form the 2 weeks leading up to it. Not as fast of progress as I would like but we are still chugging along. Still a lot of year left though and while its not looking like I'm on pace to hit my overall 215 goal this year I'm not giving up hope quite yet. Ready to get back at it.

    Going to be a close one 3 weeks left and need to clean off another 2.9kg but I genuinely believe I have water weight in my favour as I had a day this week where I drank my fair share of alcohol at a funeral.
    One thing I have learned this last month is I'm playing the game too close to my maintenance so need to tighten my grip on those average calories.
    Again though so far so good and looking like another successful cut. I believe I need another after this and then that should put me in pole position to decide whether to bulk or recomp for a while.

    Good Week, the scale is going down as supposed to. I’ve been losing 0,6 kg a week on average the last couple of week that’s ok. But that also means that I’ll most likely not reach my goal. But that’s ok since I’ve been happy with the process and how much I’ve visually changed. Let’s make the last couple of weeks count
