So glad the weight stayed around the same this week as I knew it was dropping too fast and was concerned about it.
Still no gyms in the uk so hitting 15k steps a day to stay active with one 20+ mile walk per week, core session and 2 days doing press ups/weights with what little weights I have.
Got 90kg in my sights and finger on the trigger!
Lets go!

Disappointing weigh-in this week, because I felt like I ate pretty well. But I can live with a 5.8 lb loss for the month; 5-6 per month is what I'm shooting for.

I hold for 7-14 days but then get 2 pounds. So slow for me,so jealous of anyone who loses quickly.
However, it's nice to see others get similar result, maybe some a bit faster.SINK Crew (Single Income No Kids)

Please ignore me if you wish but I'd definitely recommend 3 things to help you get rid of that weight quickly,
1. Drink more water
2. Track your calories, track everything honestly and if your weight hasn't dropped in 7 days lower your calorie goal by say 200
3. Walk everyday everywhere you can get 10k steps in each day or shoot for an average of 70k a week... yes it really does work I'm proof.
Stick to those 3 rules and believe me it will melt off you, you will absolutely smash this cut!

Tough week, some personal problems making me lose all my appetite. I still ate and didn't think I'd drop this much but I guess I did, 2000-2100kcal most days with one 1400kcal one. I honestly think I'm just dehydrated but we'll see how this week goes, maybe the weight will drop less and it'll average out.

Thanks! I do drink 6-8 litres a day.
Just started adding 45-60 minutes walking/treadmill after the workouts (5 days a week). Just going on some numbers, that's about 4000 steps. I guess I understand how some people can do 2 hours of cardio per day if sedentary.... that's about 10K steps. During the day otherwise, I'm lucky if I get 300 steps (aside from the gym)
It never comes off easy, even at 1200-1500 calories. Still very slow. 1.3 pounds a week for me, maybe as fast it gets. It usually drops way faster for me as I get smaller.Last edited by snufy; 01-29-2021 at 10:33 AM.

Ya man, and I'm working from home right now. So like, I don't move overall as much anymore, less friends/social just from growing up as well. when you're 20-25 you go out more etc..
I've just added a good 45-60mins of treadmill to the end of my workouts now. So that's a decent 4000-5000 steps, 3-4 miles.SINK Crew (Single Income No Kids)
