Off to a great start. I’ve started on IF. Which works really well for me since it helps with feeling satiated and the sweet tooth.Last edited by bigpoppa2; 01-08-2021 at 03:07 PM.

Friday slipped past me yesterday morning. On my way to work and realized it was Friday. So I'm a day late but did ok with just cutting back and getting rid of covid & holiday weight.

1.1kg loss this week. My weight is now the same as in the last weigh in in the previous thread. I was 11 days on vacation and it took exactly 11 days to get rid of the weight gained on vacation. I guess now the "real" weight loss begins.

On paper its a big drop from last week but last week I weighed myself directly after a 12hr nightshift instead of first thing in the morning after a normal sleep.
My calories have been quite high this week I am aiming for 2200 a day but 2 days a week I go on 20+ mile walks and I need to refuel after those so eat around 3k on those days.
The walks are a must since gyms are shut for the foreseeable future in the Uk.

+2 pounds sad morning I was at 283 after my workout on wensday but last night marks my first epic binge (~3000 cals) of the year sadly it happend the same way it normally does I stay up super late at night when I should be sleeping (2-3 am) playing video games and hitting my dab pen one to many times feels bad man. On the Brightside there is no more ice cream in my house from Christmas time anymore. So still some work to do on that front but it took about twice as many days to binge this year as normal and 3k is about half the calories I normally binge so improvement but not there yet. Half the calories was the ice cream I'm glad to have it out the house in general. Oh well back on the horse today.

Haven't been as active as usual this week so really shocked at the scales unsure whether I should start eating more or taking activity levels even further down as the rate Im losing is a ridiculous amount.
The first weigh in was ridiculously high due to really letting loose at christmas/new year.
I guess at that time realistically water weight could have inflated it but this week I have no idea unless I'm really dehydrated now which doesn't make sense either.
Im hoping the scales stay the same next week.
