I’m planning to do the most aggressive cut for the next three months. Since I’m at my heaviest. Half of 2020 was really good but then **** happened and now I’m back at my initial weight. Currently 102 aim 88 kg

So in 2019 I lost about 80 pounds in 2020 I have not gained any back but I haven't made any real progress either though I did mitigate and re lose the 25 pounds I gained at the start of covid. That being said my 2019 resolution was lose 100 pounds i missed that by 20. In 2020 it was to quit smoking at we did that half way though so I am pumped about that. With holidays in the books and my head in the right place I'm ready to seriously start cutting again. So my goal this year is 215 by year end i was 290 this morning that's 75 pounds. Lets get it, The first weight will come the fastest so lets go for 22 pounds for 2022 for this first quarter.

After eleven days of vacation my starting weight is 96.4kg, which is a bit of a shock. I did not track calories while on vacation, but 2 kg gain was not what I expected. I did not think that I ate THAT much over maintenance. Hopefully most of that is just water weight and it goes away quickly.

I was the same but I still tracked my calories and the numbers were obscene on a couple of days.
I also started taking creatine aswell knowing my weight was going up anyway.
To be fair after 3 or 4 normal days my weight seems to be falling back in line!
Although they have shut the gyms in the Uk again but this time its going to be a lot longer than 4 weeks 😡

I had a body scan done last week that put my BMR at 2034, online calculators put it anywhere between 2000-2500. I have an office job, about 2/3 of the time seated, 1/3 standing or walking around. I am trying to dial the diet in, and then hoping to add in the gym (hoping they open here in the next month or two).

I've been off the wagon, but I am done with saying I am going to get back on the wagon and then never fully commit. I am making it a goal to drop weight before vacation in June. Goal is to lose 15-20 lbs for the first 3 months (more is ideal). I am doing a high protein/low carb diet with working out 5-6 days a week. I am also doing cardio up to 4x a week.
Jan 5th: 236.2
Jan 8th: 232.2 (-4)
Jan 15th: 228.8 (-7.4)
Jan 22th: 227.2 (-9) - horrible week with a 3 day span where I didn’t lose anything while remaining strict diet-wise and workout-wise.
Jan 29th: 223.8 (-12.4)
Feb 5th: 220.6 (-15.6)
Feb 12th: 218.2 (-18) Super Bowl weekend hit hard but quickly got back on track.

0.7kg loss for first four days. I am hoping that in the next weeks weigh in I have gotten rid of all the weight gained during my vacation. My goal for this thread is to get down to 89.9kg. Last time I was under 90kg was 2008 I think, so it would be really nice to see that number on the scale. It would also mean ~100 lbs lost from my highest weight ever.
