I have been looking for a forum such as this for some time, I love the content on here and have never gotten so much information in one place.
Can anyone direct me to any product that can help with stubborn weight?

Canned green beans
Take a whole can of green beans in water, not sure US can sizes, 14 ounces???
Drain and place in bowl
Microwave until hot
Chuck a load of Chipotle sauce and stir, chilli sauce or something on it so it doesn't taste like eating a can of green beans.
That is very filling and keeps you full for a long time and has only about 120 calories or something (not including sauce) plenty of fiber. Because it keeps you full for a long time, you're 100 times more likely to comply with your diet than if you were hungry.
This might just be the best product in existence to help diet compliance. I'm sure they'd brand it as some super supplement and sell a can for $5-$10 each if they could. But they can't.. it's super cheap
Enjoy!
Edit, think you may call it haricot or common bean? The ones I mean are in a green pod and it's almost all pod in the can with only tiny tiny beans insideLast edited by OldFartTom; 12-20-2020 at 06:17 AM.

Use a scale on your food so you know what you are eating. Prep your food in advance, again so there is no guess work. Find low calorie density foods that fill you up. That takes a bit of research but you can't live on just green beans as the poster above said. I also found I am burning a lot less calories on a daily basis than I thought. I added walks twice a day as well as a daily workout.
You have to also break the expectations of the people around you. That gets a little weird but people wonder whats wrong with you when you only eat half a steak or whatever.
Lost 55 pounds since March and I am still going.
Good luck---Chicago Crew---
