Do you think for an 18 yo I have a decent physique and could I compete soon? Men’s physique Ireland so competition isn’t much.

I wouldn't know the link didn't work well! I would say if you want to go for it!! I competed in several powerlifting meets myself. Physique competitors aren't usually much bigger than 200 pounds. Go for it bro!

You got the structure and shreds. If u hopped on the sauce you could easily be a mp competitor. Not a lot of money in it though so you would have to be really passionate about it or become an influencer for which I'm sure you could do with your physique and bag a couple sponsorships. Be happy with what you have either way top 5% of aesthetics easily, you got the genes.

I think youre looking aesthetic as **** man, bring your chest up slightly and youll have a greek god status srs

Good genes for staying shredded. Similar to David Laid, Jon Skywalker, Zyzz etc.

I say aesthetic already but a little more size and you'll be top 0.001%. Focus on them strength gains on compounds
