A front picture would’ve been better but yes it looks like you may have it (I’m not expert though but it does look like a hairy boob to me lol). Do you partake in extracurricular activities? If so you should probably considering taking something that stops high estrogen conversions.

Holy **** I always assumed that my chest muscles were weirdly shaped, cause Ive been benching over 180 lbs for years... Once the tissue is there it's irreversible without surgery right?

Yes the only way to fix it that I know of is surgery. If you go to a doctor, they will definitely be able to confirm if you have gyno or not, and then you can probably ask for surgery to get rid of it.
