    Question on workout plans? 24F, 164/48

    I'm currently 86/60,5/86. Height: 164cm, weight: 48kg. I am currently 24, turning 25. I like my body, but I want to improve it, with more ass. I like the figure of irina_pim_fit on instagram, she's 58-59/89, but it looks so nice. What recommendations do you have for me?

    Get a professional bodybuilding coach. She will help you get what you wanted

    I would advise maybe eating in a calorie surplus and trying to gain 0.5-1 lbs per week until you reach your bodyweight goal.

    There is a recommendation not to mock yourself and your appearance. Especially not to be equal to 50-year-old aunts when you are only 25! If you like your reflection in the mirror, why repeat after someone?
