Hey all, I tend to snack quite a bit throughout the day. Since I'm looking to gain some mass, what are some good snack foods I could eat during the day?

Nuts, some sugar free low sodium jerky, Greek yogurt, string cheese & sardines/crackers.
I’m not a huge protein powder person.

Salt is not an issue if you are a generally healthy person. Your body will just flush excess salt out. If you doctor tells you to avoid salt, that's different - you should listen to him.

I keep a big bag of almonds in my truck always. I switched to smoked and salted to get some more sodium.
I used to think low salt was the way to go but turns out after a some research it's actually good for bodybuilding to have at least the daily amount or a little more. I started putting a little pink salt on my morning eggs and on an apple at lunch.
