Getting into working out, wondering what good pre-workout and protein is recommended!

Now with pre workout i wouldnt recommend taking it every single time you workout as it can lead to a tolerance. (Mine is insane, it takes about 700mg of caffeine for me to feel anything.)
I would try a mild pre workout like C4 or ON Gold standard pre. (if at all)Bench: 225lbs
Squat: 340lbs
Deadlift: 475lbs
Poverty bench

For protein Whole Foods are going to be my go to otherwise I would grab what’s on sale in a flavor that sounds good to you.

1MR Vortex is a great beginner pre-workout. Each scoop contains 200 milligrams of caffeine
