Question Good pre-workout and protein for a new lifter?

Getting into working out, wondering what good pre-workout and protein is recommended!

    Coffee or a caffeine tablet

    Food.

Get yourself into a good workout routine and get your nutrition sorted before worrying about supplements.

Get yourself a whey concentrate, best value for money.
    I typically buy:
    https://www.myprotein.com/sports-nut.../10530943.html

Now with pre workout i wouldnt recommend taking it every single time you workout as it can lead to a tolerance. (Mine is insane, it takes about 700mg of caffeine for me to feel anything.)
I would try a mild pre workout like C4 or ON Gold standard pre. (if at all)

For protein Whole Foods are going to be my go to otherwise I would grab what’s on sale in a flavor that sounds good to you.

C4 Original has been a go to for many people just starting to try pwo.
