My current workout program?
Gym is currently closed so I have been doing 10 Rounds through my wife's beachbody app, and I walk a few miles everyday around my neighborhood.Free Agent...

Got the axe from my job so the 11th is my last day, that being said Ill probably start ramping up my workouts just due to being able to go when I want to. Currently I need to really get away from just wanting to lift as heavy as I can and try to work on that muscle building phase.... right now I look like an fat guy who lifts..... (my diet didnt change during the covid lockdown) so ill probably focus more on concentric movements and higher reps ranges for a while.... OH and work on my eating again.

Fortunately I am still able to work as a PT. With a lot of people being afraid to come in still, it provides me the flexibility to get more workouts in during some free time. I normally do a pretty structured "Push/Pull/Legs" rotating 3-day programming. Weekends are longer workouts with conditioning at the end most times.
Some days however I have my structured plan, get through my warm-up, and still decide to find some more bro-workouts to do just to keep my workouts fun and my desire to workout still strong despite all the other chaos in the world.NASM-CPT
Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot accomplish your goals.

Thanks guys, Ill admit its hard to be positive but this am I wake up and as I walk out into the main living room area I hear my 7yr old girl singing "Oh Christmas Tree" in the kitchen as she's making herself a toaster strudel....... right then I realized no matter what, we're gonna be ok.

my current structure is:
Monday-legs
tuesday- Chest and horizontal back (all row movements)
wednesday- vertical shoulders (all presses) and arms
thursday-sprints (brutal at this time with the weather)
friday- chest and vertical back (all pulldowns)
saturday- horizontal shoulders (all raises) and arms
