So I turned 50 and honestly feel great, no joint issues, yet or hopefully never. But whats your thoughts on joint support supplements? Start taking them even if you have no joint issues? What are some brands?

Glucosamine + Chondroitin. It was controversial during a long time because the studies were not long enough.
A study from 2016 with a 6 years followup showed positives results.
