Wish I could be posting PR smashes and awesome lifts like @Phd, but cant push like that these days.
However today I SMASHED my legs in the gym. Tons of sub maximal work. Rest pause, giant sets etc. Normally my leg flatten out with this much pump in them (which they did to some point), but my skin is thinning out to where I am starting to have that more defined look.
Skin folds are really getting down there. Just going to keep going! I cant wait to start getting some tan and I think I will really start to look a little more defined.
Might try a small water drop in a few weeks and see what I look like.

Not sure if it is the angle of the video but thats full ROM, (ill do another video sideways where you can see the full ROM) however due to the surgery I have to keep my elbows a little more tucked in than I normally would as it reduces the pain. I have been reading up on the libk you sent me.

No, thats why I am not sure what you mean becuase my elbows past my body, I think the angle of the video makes it look like it doesn't. In floor presses your triceps is in parallel with your shoulder, chest, back becuase the floor doesn't allow your elbows to go further down, however my elbows pass my body.

First off, remember that I asked about the ROM in relation to your shoulder problem. Looked again... slowed it down AND your elbows come slightly past the back of your body, which is basically just a little more than where they'd go in floor presses. You wouldn't be able to use as much weight in full ROM chest presses, though, but I tend to think that would be better for the sarcoplasmic hypertrophy you seek.

LOL always relative... I'm old compared to most powerlifters and bodybuilders out there. Not that I'm trying to put any real content out there (I actually would like to perhaps have content that helps/encourages others in their health journey at some point but really I just post my training log in video form) - approximately 10% of viewers are over 50. The rest are younguns. You are older than me - both of us are as young as we act, and hopefully inspires some of those younger than us!
I do want to show younger lifters that self-discipline and training can keep one healthy as long as one is still breathing!It's never too late!

LOL, no definitely showing my calves thats only a 70" TV, I think in my opinion anything bigger would not look nice on the wall, it would be too big. My original plan was to bring down my 80* TV from upstairs and purchase a new 90* for the living room, but I thought that was too much work.On the list for Bannukah

4x6 = 24 total reps - not all at once!!
backdowns were 3x8 @ 315 with pauses.
Powerlifting is usually in rep ranges around 3-6 per set, but my coach has me in an extended hypertrophy phase - trying to build muscle mass, then train for strength.
My next comp isn't until November, so I'm trying to hit 220-225 with as much muscle as I can, then try to hit new PRs across the board.
Someday I'll try to be pretty enough to be on the big screen!It's never too late!
