What movements would you recommend to bring up the lower outer portion of the pec? Im really lagging there, might just be muscle shape and genetics tho...

Can't change shape or where the mass goes really despite what people say.
Just grow them titties bigger and they will fill out or they won't. Make sure you are using as full a range of motion as possible that is safe for you and eat to give your self the best possible outcomes.FMH crew - Couch.
