I try to stand up on a personal level. Grass fed only gmo+ vaccine free red meat, raw milk, spring water to avoid synthetic fluoride in water (most European countries don’t fluoridate their water and the entire concept of adding a mineral/drug with no measure of dose because the population may be deficient is entirely unscientific anyway.
