Just lmao. This will never get old. I moved to the desert a decade ago and this STILL blows my mind.
Have fun shoveling snow, igloocels.

Lets see... 3 "miserable" hot months of the year vs 4-6 actually miserable cold-FREEZING months of the year... Plus snow/black ice/dangerous driving conditions. Plus shoveling, lack of sunshine/vitamin D, and depression (proven). There's way, way, way more negatives too. Just too lazy to list them.
Those 3 "miserable" hot months in AZ are full of sunshine, colors, and healthy beings.
Choice is easy. Cope hard, east coast/canadiancels.

Northern AZ is a legit low key cheap place (for now) to live/retire. Payson/Prescott and other areas.
Trees, greenery, 4 seasons and best of all no douchery from the constant new comers.
BRB 4-6 acre lots with a giant house can be had for 300k-700k... Almost bought a property sitting on 4 acres with a runway, hangar, and 3700sqft home for 625k. Obviously was too late.
