    Nutrition education

I'm trying to improve my own bodybuilding and nutrition, where are the best places to learn more about nutrition for bodybuilding and especially for body recomp, hypertrophy, and contest prep? Any books, blogs, or people I should research would be greatly appreciated!

For overall basics of nutrition you can look at my free course at healthierwithscience.com. It will not teach you anything useful about contest prep but will give you good information for general health, body recomp, and hypertrophy.

Get the nutrition and training pyramid by Eric Helms. Doesn't get better than that.

Heisman's website above is really good.

And check out the resources in my signature.
