What is the best place to learn about different styles of bodybuilding training? I'm looking for literature to improve my own lifting. I get most of it now from people like Mike Israetel, Greg Doucette, Mike Mentzer's book, and so on. Is nasm the best place to learn these things? I have a similar post in the nutrition forum so any advice for either is appreciated!

A workout routine.com is a good source.

This for programming and balance^^
Pfau fitness has some good books. The fitness industry is a bad place right now. Watch out for cell tech users trying to sell their garbage and push bs. Greg is okay if you can stand his drama.
