If you are 15% of non lifting muscle
Do you cut first? Or go straight into a bulk?

Just do what you think is optimal. You can literally build muscle and burn fat at the same time because of the way cell signaling works. Cliffs are that AMPK, the sensor that signals when a cell has run out of ATP (its all ADP) does not inhibit protein synthesis (does not diengage mTOR) when the alpha-2 isoform is activated, which is the exercise variant. The starvation variant, AMPK alpha-1, does interrupt anabolic signaling (mTOR). Which is relevant for intermittent fasting and cancer reduction/prevention. https://suppversity.blogspot.com/201...ittent_30.html

I did a cut immediately. Noob gains + getting chiseled made people ask if i used juice.
Transformed my body in 6 months to ripped with six pack and good hard muscle.
But the misc is a fan of bulking even though unless you're on juice, all it mostly does is make you fat.
And then it takes forever to get rid of all that excess fat whilst losing the little extra muscle mass you gained over if you'd start off with a cut. So the end result is probably the same once your cut is finished, except it takes a lot longer.Cobra Kai never dies!

eat enough to recover and make progress on the bar but dont bulk
fine tune this (lower carb or lower fat might make you feel better depends on individual factors) and you should see a lot of gains anyways because of your untrained body
if possible even eat at a slight deficit to cut even - if you do that make sure you have good recovery from a good sleep schedulecommunist until you get rich
rightwing until financially secure
atheist until the plane starts falling
slootist until you get married

Well, you gotta bulk to make gains brah. I'm not gonna let myself go and get fat but I definitely do want to put on some decent size and be able to fill out clothes again nicely. I'm 5'11 and when I was 200lbs I looked really juicy in clothing. But if I was as chiselled as you were I wouldn't be able to have looked as good in clothing
I'll be comfortable with a nice 14%-15% bodyfat at 200lbs again
