Squat, leg extension, hamcurl, lunges, standing calf raise, 1 leg calf raise, seated calf raise, incline bench, flat bench, skullcrushers, cgbp, deficit pushups, situps, leg raises, shoulder press, side lat raise, rear lat. raise, pullups, bent rows, romain deadlift., bb curl, db curl.

I have a bar, bench, lots of weight and a few sets of db's. Not a whole lot more to do with those I'd care to do.

    Wink

Around 16, depending on time. Two of my four days are cardio, the others comprise upper body and legs.
Spend two hours on the legs and upper body is around three hours, though a good hour of that is just for arms, dunno why but always been hooked on it! But it's paid off I think.
