I've watched people put on 20lbs+ lean mass in a year on base OJ.. while skipping entire weeks of training
All you have to do is eat and you'll surpass a natural, anyone that tells you otherwise is lying to save face because they too have a bike given physique and don't want to downplay their progress mentally.

but this guy wasnt a natty or near a beginner in the first pic, and if you put 1000 people on gear somewhere between 0-2 of them will end up looking like guy in OP pic "after". Gear +gym+food does not make you look like that, it takes a lot more knowledge hard work and discipline ontop of gear to look like that. If it was as simple as take gear, eat some protein, and lift somewhat regularly and look like OP pic guy, then almost half the people at all gyms would look like that.

I'm not doubting the guy in the OP, his stack was obviously $10-15k to make the progress he did while being so advanced in mass already
I've seen gear change lives in months, I've seen it make marginal progress in years, depends on the person's choices
How many of said people will eat enough, train consistently, rest when needed, and cycle off properly?
2/100 like most gym rats
OJ slides right around your genetic predisposition and laughs while your anteriors become bloated softballs

not when they are losing sleep because of being so low calories, cortisol is high from intense training and very few calories, body is in starvation mode due to sheer muscle mass and calorie intake. Its one thing if a skinny twink weighing 145 looks better facially leaner but when you are talking about bodybuilders who get shredded, usually theirs other stuff going on that will make their face look "aged"
