Used it 3x today. I only clean it once per week, so literally i almost never have to clean cooking dishes....
Today i made morning bacon in it, then sweet potato fries at lunch, then Brussel sprouts with bacon for dinner.
Zero mess. I leave it on the back porch because it has a smoke exhaust that makes the house smell like a mcdonalds.... But outside its perfect.
I don't even like sweet potatoes/brussel sprouts but the air fryer makes it DELISH! Just use some olive oil/seasonings and it gives your veggies a perfect crisp.
Bacon is the GOAT in there.... My kitchen is always clean now because all the splatter and chit is contained in the air fryer.

Got this one from Amazon. Does the trick and doesn’t take up too much counter space for me.
But I’ve heard Ninja’s is pretty good

Those air fryer infomercials before the football ... hhnnnng! I watch them and imagine
"I can see clothes of silk, if materials that do not hide the body, nor even one's decency, can be called clothes ... Wretched flocks of maids labor so that the adulteress may be visible through her thin dress, so that her husband has no more acquaintance than any outsider or foreigner with is his wife's body." - Seneca the Younger starting the misc tradition of moral outrage and pearl clutching instead of lifting.

i thought they were just another trending useless kitchen appliance but I use mine at least 2-3 times per day, it replaces a toaster over, toaster and cooks twice as fast compared to an oven or toaster oven. thick cut bacon, 8 minutes at 400 vs 20 minutes on the stove... its glorious, glorious i say.

Same. Didn't think anything of it. Only had it for potatoes at first.... Now I use it for nearly everything.
Not really.... Crockpot has its uses, but for speedy meals and daily convenience, air fryer mogs tf out of a crock pot.
Intredasting. I figure the air fryer has that crisp an instant pot couldn't ever deliver.
Fuarkkkkkkkk. Will try/10
In b4 smoke alarm and house smelling like a forest fire.
Also, no mess. Bacon fuks up the kitchen, but not inside an air fryer.
Every day. Srs.
Air fryer: no dishes, creates a "grilled" finish with charing, super fast, pre-heating is nearly instant. Meat in air fryer is more like how it turns out on the grill, as opposed to oven which has no char-effect.Spoiler alert; you die at the end.

One of the biggest reasons I bought the Ninja I posted above. The pan is 13x13 which is larger than a lot of others. It's not very tall, but I'm not cooking whole chickens in it either. Fish, chicken, veggies, fries, etc. All turns out great. Preheats to 400 in under a minute as well. Have even done rib eye in it on the broil setting just to see... and it's pretty damn good too.

You don't have to put oil on it from everything I've read. It should still work fine.
That said I don't own one. Like you I prefer the oven. Never had a problem with it so don't see any reason to switch from it. In b4 "air fryer is better bro". Yeah, not sure about that. I cook in bulk, not daily, and these air fryers aren't exactly big."One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
