The military was tipped of by a rogue CIA agent who went of the reservation. He was part of the CIA program called KRAKEN. The CIA has been trying to kill him since. He was on the run with a German girl and made it to India. CIA tracked him down and took the shot, but missed him and killed his girlfriend. Unfortunately, this agent suffers from a type of amnesia and has a hard time knowing who he truly is. Sources say hes coming for his handlers in New York next.
