At this very minute, a covert war is raging across the globe, pitting Trump's DoD and DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) against black hat deep state factions running the CIA. The Russia evidence was Facebook conservative and liberal groups created by Russians to create and spread disinformation and make both sides fight. Then there was the intel community from the Obama admin releasing reports that hacker groups linked to Russia was tied to the DNC hack. Neither of those are quite the same as claiming fraudulent mail in ballots and votes for Trump being transferred over to Biden via compromised election software.
