Went through a move a couple months back and since then have been complacent/recluse/depressed. Time to get back in the game. Here's my journal.

Age: 30
Dating Life: I am dating a 34 y/o Indian divorcee. She's not looking for a relationship. Still looking for a girlfriend. Using Hinge. Haven't been getting out much. Been quarantining I guess.
Meditation: Very minimal 1 - 2 minutes, not everyday
Journaling: Minimally. Starting on here to kickstart this habit.
Pain: Knee pain from walking. Haven't been getting hip pain recently. No back pain either.
Dancing: Haven't been to a hip hop class in a couple weeks. Stopped going from apathy in combo with quarantining before Thanksgiving with fam and feeling resistant to go back.
Cycled in morning, then went for a walk. In the afternoon, went for a walk too.
Two walks was great. Getting out of the house makes me feel good. It would be nice to get out of the house everyday. Sounds strange to say, but that's the current WFH reality.
Tomorrow, got a session with my PT.
Didn't go to dance tonight. It would be nice to go on Thursday.
Went for a walk in the morning. Then cycled for ~8 minutes.
Personal trainer in the afternoon.
E-biked down to the beach to watch the sunset. Listening to Tim Ferriss Jerry Seinfeld episode. Really amazing. Love comedy so it resonates with me. Jerry is a legend.
Friend is coming over so I can help her set up a retirement account.
