i still have my full head of hair and im in my 30s, and when i say full, i mean exactly as i was in my 20s. if i let my hair grow out, i look 25.

i think its a combination of genetics and lifestyle. don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, and don't sit out in the sun too much.
