I am thinking of cutting down meat due to LDL choelestrol... suggest me plant/veg based protein meals
Also the non-meat ( beyond meat) burgers any good?

But the most efficient and high quality dense sources of proteins are exclusively animal (muscle) meat.
Animal meat is the goat to build muscle. There is no adequate substitute for that and never will be.

Not sure about other types of fake beef burgers but this one is worth reading.

The fake meats are not healthier. They are even more processed. Try leaner meats, fish, lean protein sources like greek yogurt, beans etc. If you want to impact cholesterol you would be surprised at how easy it is barring genetics.

It's snopes but I believe that's dudes claims have been shot down multiple times. He also wrote that piece for "live stock" news lmao obviously he is gonna be offended by a vegan burger
Anyone that is eating fake meat to be healthy is doing it completely wrong lol it's basically junk food
