    Non - Meat Protein Meals

    Misc,

    I am thinking of cutting down meat due to LDL choelestrol... suggest me plant/veg based protein meals

    Also the non-meat ( beyond meat) burgers any good?

    Only problem I have is it tastes salty other than that I prefer impossible

    The original beyond burgers were good the 2.0 just don't do it for me

    There's a vegan place around me that makes some of the best vegan junk style food.

    The fake meats are not healthier. They are even more processed. Try leaner meats, fish, lean protein sources like greek yogurt, beans etc. If you want to impact cholesterol you would be surprised at how easy it is barring genetics.
