I have had low back muscle sprain (many times) but it would heal from either 3 days to 2 weeks, it heals on it's own , you just gotta rest

i tore my brachialis a couiple years ago, your arms gonna take a long ass time to heal so let me get the bad news out the way first, it took mine about 2 years to heal enough to be comfortable and close to 3 years to be confident in my strength in that arm again
