    Advice

    Hello,

    I'm currently 16, and I've been lifting for a couple of years. I have a decent bit of knowledge, but I would like some tips on increasing arm size. Right now they aren't tiny but not big either.

    Right now on my current PPL split I do:

    For Biceps;

    - Modified curls in a way that increases time under tension (x3)
    - Regular Dumbbell Curls (x3)
    - Concentration curls (x3)

    For Triceps;

    - Bench press (x4)
    - Dips (x3)
    - Skullcrushers, with a single dumbbell (x3)

    (I obviously train other muscles, this is just for arms)

    Any suggestions?

    Years more of training and growing; you're young and not out of puberty yet so pretty much just time and food to grow.
    Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
    5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

    I certainly agree ^^^ you have many years of growing ahead of you.
    A few words of advise here,
    If arm are a priority focus on them.
    Give them more work and back off on other areas.
    IMO being able to "feel" what your working when your working is a big factor in hypertrophy(gaining muscle).
    Sure you can make some gains slinging around heavy weight but focusing and feeling the working muscle is important.
    This is where you have to experiment with different bicep/tricep movements.
    Eat plenty of protein through out the day and get enough rest/recovery between workouts.
    If you gain weight more than likely your arms will grow but wether its a muscle or fat gain is an issue.
    Try to gain slowly over time.
    Be patient as growth does take time.
    Take arm pics every month and compare to the previous month.
    Good luck.

    Be careful!
    You are still young, at this age the body has not yet fully formed, so this sport can be dangerous for you!
