roy smart enough not to bang with tyson, but he didnt do much, he just survived, he doesnt look like he did any intensive training.
still nice to see tyson still has the same attitute.235pounds to 168 in 4 months. 35% BF to 19% and counting lower every day. it is doable as long as you put your mind and soul into it and discipline. We all are going to make it.

It was always going to be a draw, rules were in place, no KO's and no winner. Tyson could of accidentally KO'ed Roy and it would of been a technical draw, this was never a real fight which is why I didn't bother shelling out money to watch it.
Having said that, having now watched it on Youtube, it was better than I expected. I was expecting a glorified sparring session, guys not throwing hard shots and Tyson carrying Roy. But looked like Tyson was actually putting some effort in, though Roy clear was out of shape he was gassed half way through.
Boxing isn't dead, it's struggled in the US due to lack of investment at the grass roots which is why US amateurs no longer are a dominant force, but else where boxing is strong as ever like the UK we can fill huge stadiums for big fights, same in Germany and even US boxing saw a huge investment from DAZN, ESPN and Showtime as a war between these platforms has seen huge money come into the sport.Bench -216lbs

Deadlift - 375lbs
