Who do you consider the WOAT? Could be on the mic, in the ring etc.

Pretty much any manlet spot monkey.
Manlet spot monkey tag teams are the pefect example, Motor City Machine Guns being a front runner."The greatest feeling you can get in a gym, or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is... The Pump. Let's say you train your biceps. Blood is rushing into your muscles and that's what we call The Pump. You muscles get a really tight feeling, like your skin is going to explode any minute, and it's really tight - it's like somebody blowing air into it, into your muscle. It just blows up, and it feels really different. It feels fantastic.
It's as satisfying to me as, uh..."

There was this dude here in Northern Germany, who despite having a 30 year in-ring career, barely bothered to learn wrestling at all: Eddy Steinblock
He ran his own Wrestling company and made himself European champion for 13 years without a loss. He somehow payed semi-famous guys like Frankie Kazarian and Colt Cabana to come to Germany and lose to him in 2min squash matches. He is also a huge fraud and claimed 2x WCW champion, 1xWWE Champ, a European judo championship and lesser fake accolades on his homepage.
He certainely contributed a lot to the decline of Wrestling here in Germany by burying the entire business just to push himself. (He was really funny playing a pimp in a German cut comedy movie though.)
The reviews speak for themselves(some are English)

The Motor City Machine Guns were awful, hated them when watching TNA, the only tag team I disliked more than them was Paul London and Brian Kendrick (can't get more generic jobberiness than them two). Wouldn't say either of those teams are worst ever though.

Ah okay. Not much a fan of his either, though a mention here seems somewhat extreme.
Should've been more lowkey and gone for popular, but not completely top guys like Macho Man Randy Savage or Foley.
I remember some daily tabloid program running a short documentary on the guy and that American phenomen of backyard wrestling claiming his matches were unscripted.
Cannot enjoy Deathmatches either.

Master Andre could move. In his prime he did say plexes, throws, slams and even climbed the top rope. The butterfly suplex and the big boot were his signature moves. By the mid 80s Andre was in so much pain even standing in ring hurt him.
