just add in some additional protein to your diet either via food or protein powder. EAA's are an expensive way to hit your macros

You already ordered a protein supplement that has a full spectrum of amino acids. If you're meeting your macro, which you should be doing if you're using protein powder, there is zero reason to supplement free-form amino acids. If you're not meeting your macro, you're doing it wrong. Fix that issue.

Don't waste your money on an eaa product. Eat food, use protein powder as needed to supplement the food and hit your daily protein goal

We never sold them as a straight supplement, but there were a few time they were added into some specialty products IIRC. They are still more expensive per gram than a scoop of protein power. As an FYI company is still in business, just been a bit of a $hit show getting things back up and running. More news on that before the end of the year me thinks.

EAA are more expensive than Bcaa but still affordable. I read they are good for recovery but since my dymatize iso 100 protein has bcaa I thought I should get EAA supplement. I had a long break and my muscles are sore after every workout....

EEA might not help that right away since you're back from a long break. I personally never used aminos but I did get a good deal on Grunt from RedCon1 for Black Friday. Who knows man. One minute everyone says you should get BCAAs, the next EEAs are the best thing you need, etc. If you can afford one, by all means man grab one but its not necessary. At the end of the day, it all comes down to you.

It's EAA, not eea. Essential Amino Acids.

And the FOOD you eat that has protein has bcaa in it too. You are falling hard for company marketing.

Get your protein in for the day (how many grams of protein are you consuming each day and what are you using to track, BTW?) and don't worry about the rest.

How many grams of protein do you consume each day?

    How many calories?

What is your weekly average bodyweight change?

You aren't doing it right, in that case. You absolutely should not even be spending money on protein powder, let alone silly ass aminos, when you don't even know what your regular food diet is getting you

If tracking your food is too much work you should probably just quit now to save yourself wasted time, effort, and money

He’s trying to discourage you with good reason but as you’re not wanting to listen to suggestions that you don’t want then realistically you shouldn’t expect any other suggestions in here and just go ahead with whatever you’re doing.

You’re the ideal customer for supplement retailers - no idea and just spends blindly, refusing to be told.

You already know this, though, you only "ask" the question to give your more chances to post and push people to waste their money

Oh screw me sideways with a baseball bat.

Seriously? Why the hell does this happen every time Fug? Your epic trolling skills are the only strength you have.

OP, there is zero reason to use free-form aminos. Meet your macro. No one is trying to discourage your from your goals. They are discouraging you from doing it wrong, but then, morons gonna moron.

Supplements are a supplement to your DIET. If our diet isn't right, taking some amino acids isn't going to fix it. Worse yet, if you're meeting your macro, or work to meet your macro, you'll get plenty of amino acids. Thus why there is zero reason to use free-form aminos. Fix your not meeting your macro issue with protein. Use a powder if you need help.

Did you also order the Kre-alkalyn? If not, order a creatine monohydrate instead. If you already did then order a creatine monohydrate next time. Much more cost effective and actually well researched and effective.

Next time just get a creatine monohydrate powder. If you don't like mixing multiple drinks just throw it in your protein shake. More effective, more studied, and cheaper.
