So recently I began taking ZMA before I hit the bed as an experiment to see if it works for me. I also take a casein shake before bed. I've read about taking ZMA 40-60 min before bed and the casein shake right before going to sleep, but when I take the shake right before bed, I've problems falling a sleep. Can I not switch it around so I take my shake around 1 hour before bed and ZMA 15 min before bed? Or can I take ZMA 1 hour+ before bed, and then take my shake like 20-30 minutes before bed?

Not answering your thread directly, but careful with zinc ingestion. A fair bit can sometimes cause your nose to widen (probably linked to testosterone levels - as zinc is thought to only have a noticeable effect on folks with low T).
