Does anyone know what brand these are?

Images attached, I'm presuming that they are from China? I need a pair of 25kg and a pair of 40kg, does anyone know where I could find them in this brand?

Also they look they like could be urethane rubber as opposed to normal rubber? I accept it is most probably difficult to tell just from images though.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
