How do I get rid of man boobs?

For as long as I can remember, I have always had man boobs. I have a small frame with excess fat so losing fat I find is very hard. I weight around 148 lbs with 18% body fat and I’m 22 years old. I live in the UK so we have a national lockdown right now so all the gyms are closed. To keep myself active I do insanity 6 days a week, and I have been doing it for quite some time now. Yet my man boobs consistently stay the same size, and it has been my entire life.

Please help. I would post a pic but as I am a new member, my post count needs to be over 50...

You can upload pictures to your bodyspace. Or add them as attachments.

Pictures would help the most but without that information, I would question the idea of losing fat from your current weight, it's likely you'll need to do some muscle gain first.

Okay thank you. I didn't know you could upload as an attachment. I just uploaded one now. In regards to gaining muscle, no matter how much I gain, they don't go away. At my most, i believe I was 180 lbs, granted a lot was fat, yet they were still there. Right now I am trying to lose my excess fat and slim down to around 12% body fat then try and gain more muscle, which I think could be better for me. What do you think?

You're pretty lean, I would consider asking a doctor whether you might have gynecomastia and what can be done about it if so. It's difficult to judge from a pic and a professional opinion with hands on checking would be best.

I agree with the above, it might by gyno - best to see a specialist. Further dieting probably won't have much effect.

It may be a bit of gyno however you may just be genetically inclined to hold more fat there than other areas and in that case you'll just have to get leaner. When I've seen true gyno the pecs had a much different look.
