Whilst Trump appealing the dismissals of his voter fraud cases are not against precedent, in that he is free to appeal the lower court ruling and the win would compel the lower courts to hear the case in full, since they are appealing the dismissal.
But this, in the spirit of another thread I made, is nothing to fear. This is Trump puffing up his fur to give the illusion of size and strength. In reality it is highly unlikely an appeals court would rule in favour of the plaintiff. His cases are being dismissed at a late stage and furthermore they are being dismissed with prejudice.
This means they are unable to refile. The judge stated this with tact and legalese but there is a far more candid and plain English rendition of the judge's words: "You've had plenty of chances to get this straight, with two amendments and what is in front of me is an utterly ridiculous case which no court should waste another second on, and you have already been given more attention than you deserve."
The ruling is comprehensive and thorough and dismisses Trump et al, the plaintiff, on standing. Even if they were granted standing they would fail on every possible metric.
A ruling that ends with the statement that their remedy is not just insane but beyond the powers of the court, and simply not how the constitution works, is not going anywhere but the legal dustbin. Certainly not to a higher appeals court or the SCOTUS.
It gets better. A judges footnote comments on how they asked for only the Presidential race to be tossed, which is contradictory since it would mean the courts would have to accept the same laws as simultaneously constitutional and unconstitutional at the same time.
The claim was that the presidential race was flawed and the states electors should go to Trump but the process was fine for the down ballot races.
This is essentially, in sum, how insane their argument is: "We did well everywhere else and the election overall turned out great for the party, but we only want the presidential race overturned because...well..because we didn't win that!"
This will never make it to SCOTUS and I will happily make a ban bet on it. This is a fat, drowning orang-utan grabbing at any piece of driftwood he can see.

Why we don't have to worry about Trump's threats to appeal fraud cases to the SCOTUS.
Back off, Warchild.
Seriously.

The mainstream media has given you confidence. I get it. You watch a lot of news. You are probably thinking “do these guys even watch the news?”
The point is... when nearly all mainstream media, social media, Hollywood, celebrities, etc. get behind one guy after bashing the previous guy for 4 years, you have to wonder.. who’s really dividing us. But I get why you’re confident in the guy that didn’t even campaign... didn’t set foot in Warren or Sanders states and blew them out of the water. Then beat Trump by doing nothing again. Just being pushed through with all help he’s gotten so far...
But you’re really not even a little worried that there could be some fraud on the horizon?

The female spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta) is well known, among connoisseurs of this sort of thing, to have among the most 'masculinized' external genitalia of any known female mammal. Typically, a female has a large, erectile penis-like clitoris through which she gives birth, urinates and copulates. How is this unusual situation related to the structure of those parts of the brain known to relate to sexual activity and preferences?
Nancy Forger of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Massachusetts and colleagues had the opportunity to examine this question after the Kenyan Wildlife Service shot six female and four male spotted hyenas as part of a programme of population control. The researchers examined the hyenas' brains and present their findings in the November issue of Nature Neuroscience1. It turns out that sex-related differences in the brains of hyenas are less marked than in other animals - but differences do remain.
Female hyenas get their masculine traits while still in the womb: hyena fetuses, whether male or female, are bathed in high concentrations of male hormones. This exposure accounts for the anatomy of the female hyenas' genitalia. However, female hyenas are still females and behave as such - female-female mounting is rare, and the females are incapable of actually mating. If a hyena pup indulges in sex play, involving mounting other pups, that hyena is almost invariably a male.
To investigate these differences, Forger and colleagues looked at the so-called medial preoptic area, and the adjacent anterior hypothalamus (together abbreviated as the mPOA/AH) of their hyena brains. In many animals, including humans, parts of the mPOA/AH differ strongly in size between the sexes, and are believed to be essential in governing male copulatory behaviour and sexual orientation. In all cases so far examined, masculinization of structures within the mPOA/AH depends on exposure to male hormones during development.
The researchers found a part of the mPOA/AH, which they call the 'hyena sexually dimorphic nucleus' (hSDN) which is twice as voluminous in males as in females. This difference is, in fact, modest compared with differences observed in many other mammals, including rats, gerbils, guinea pigs and ferrets. Prenatal exposure to male hormones may be responsible for the relative smallness of this difference in hyenas - a difference that could explain why females have many masculine features, but do not behave quite like males. However, this finding begs another question: if male and female hyenas are exposed to the same concentrations of testosterone in the womb, why should there be any difference at all? It is likely that males acquire their maleness in a testosterone surge immediately after birth, and that this accounts for the observed differences in adult brains: the researchers are now in the process of studying the development of sex differences in the hyena brain to find out more.MAGA

I was never worried. If any of you are actually worried Trump will run a Hail Mary through the SC and overrule the election, you must be some sort of far-left lunatic.
Should he somehow prevail in this unimaginable if not impossible feat, then he deserves the presidency. This is like worrying about a meteor striking your car while driving.
