I don't care about organized religion at all. So ruling on religion is meh
At the same time I think that maybe life expectancies are a bit too high ias it relates to baby boomers. Sooooo..... And I'll stop right there lol
Or not...maybe it's time for many of them to punch the ol' ticket and make their way to the exits.
Go to church laugh, sing, yell..have at it

Yes... it is exposure to liability due to negligence. If their job duties require in person and we knowingly sent them into a setting where the employee or customer could be harmed, without proper disclosure, we expose ourselves to risk. If a vaccine is required to perform job duties and they cannot perform their job duties, we would let them go. I would rather risk an employment practices claim versus a bodily injury claim.

Like it or not there are going to be industries where workers have to get the vaccine or, at best, not be allowed to perform their duties and, at worst, get fired if they refuse.
I've heard healthcare will be one such industry (my wife is a doc). I'm hearing that my own job, pilot, will require vaccination. In my case I suppose I could quit my lucrative position and try to find a carrier to fly for that doesn't require vaccination and take a drop in income.
Airlines around the world (Qantas in particular) are talking about requiring passengers to have a certificate of vaccination for international travel.Flight crew

For everyone on here bashing Roberts, I don't think you actually read the opinions of the Justices (4 total).
Roberts wrote that the issue was now moot because the restriction was no longer in place, and thus was no longer at issue.
For those that would like to read it:
