There's a new product called the X3 Bar invented by Dr. John Jaquish. Has anybody tried it? He explains the science behind it which makes sense to me for the most part. It's just so different than traditional bodybuilding. The workouts are only suppose to be for about 10 minutes! Not for each but in total 10 minutes minimum for all the exercises combined! It's basically 4 different bands of different resistance strengths, a ground plate and a bar to attach the bands to.

It's just band training, nothing new or revolutionary. Band training is inferior imo to weight training due to the resistance curve of every movement.
Any time someone tells you you can workout less hard or quickly and have the same or better results - they haven't unlocked any secret to training, they are just using sales gimmicks
$500 for a mini bar and a couple rubber bands is a comical ripoff
