    Whole Fuel - meal replacement

    https://www.myprotein.com/sports-nut...ation=11314916
Would consuming this 100g of it daily be safe/good for me? Its a sort of 450 small meal replacement. I was going to use it for losing weight (potentially use it down the line for muscle building). Instead of snacking consume this. Still having 2 meals a day.

Generally, DRINKING calories is less satisfying and filling than whole foods... I don't see this helping with weight reduction at all...
The power of carbs compels me!
