Assassin's Creed Black Flag is so good

Played it 7 years ago and just started playing it again(PS4) it's still good as before. This game is fun as phuk peak Assassin's Creed(imo) play as a alpha pirate/ stealth elements still there and still feel like an Assassin and doesn't feel grindy as phuk either.

I have that one. Haven’t beat it. Had it for ps3, got it for ps4 when there was a deal.

I bought Valhalla last week but just started Syndicate today and I’m enjoying that one more than the new one.

I don't know why but I didn't care for Syndicate. It wasn't bad just felt average to me for some reason. Maybe I'll try it again.

Syndicate was alright, I loved Evie as a protagonist and I did like the idea in theory of playing as a brother/sister duo with two different playstyles, but I dont think it really mattered all that much in game. But Evie was still far superior as a character and voice actor, should have made the game just about her tbh.


It did some cool things like the grapple gun which made parkour and climbing fun. Story was forgettable, but servicable and it had great cameos.

I thought the graphics in Syndicate seemed down graded from Unity it's probably just me though. The world in Syndicate didn't quite seem as much alive compared to Unity either. I low key still want an AC in WW, China.

I need to go back and finish Black Flag, I don't know why I never did, I probably got side tracked, but I do remember enjoying it.

I loved Syndicate for the role reason of I love Victorian era London, it's one of the coolest eras of all time IMO and getting to explore it along with the real life characters they slid in there was extremely fun for me.

it was a massive upgrade from 3. Edward was better than Connor in every way and Havana looked so much more real and vibrant than Boston/NY.

Loved 2 and Brotherhood. Revelations started to wear thin for me.
Thought 3 got an unfair rap. Sure, it didn't have quite as much climbing, but the setting was cool as fuk.
Black Flag was real fun.
Skipped Unity. Syndicate was meh...boring map.

Origins was my favorite so far, the Egypt setting was too good.

Skipped Odyssey.

Origins is my favorite for setting alone, but I did love Black Flag.

I couldnt get into Rogue. The tropical setting is what made BF so special IMO.

I enjoyed it, until the level gating further into the game. I was just chugging through the main story line. Gets so difficult later on without going off and doing other stuff, which I just didn't want to do. Don't care for level gating in games. Just let me play without forcing me to go about it a certain way.
