Yeah he's got a bit of a tum but how do I get to this mass on arms and chest. Compounds or isolation?

If you're asking this question I'm assuming you are a novice.
Without any info as to your height/weight/age/current numbers, most of us will likely suggest your best bet to develop is to pick one of the full body/upper lower workouts from the stickies and eat at a surplus provided you aren't currently overweight.
Also, I find it isn't helpful to look at others physiques and try to emulate. That path only leads to dissapointment in the long run.
