nope. men still so all the heavy lifting. you underestimate just how many worthless administrative positions ( where most women work) could be completely gutted and the company would be fine with just spreading that minor workload to the remaining men. with the money companies spend on benefits/payroll taxes per employee they could double mens pay and still save chit tons of money.
