Also bottomline is all the crossfit industry has to do to shut me up is prove to me that they are fitter. Show me one single damn athlete capable of running sub 58 in the 400 meter dash at body weights over 190. But they haven't in 7 full years.
That's all they have to do. But yet again that standard is just the minimum standard.
And not only that but there is a height requirement that comes into play. Meaning that it's easy for someone that's 6'3 and 190 to do this because each inch taller equates to around 8 lbs more of body weight that the frame can put on or take off.
Meaning a 6'3 person at 190 is only the equivalent of 6'0 tall and 166 lbs. Because 190 minus the standard 8lbs per inch comes out to 166.
So nice try if you're tall. But i'll just use the 8 lb deduction or addition method per inch of height.
But they can't even do this at all heights, that's how pathetic the crossfit industry is.

In this world there are athletes.. usain bolt, micheal jordan, wayne gretzky.
If these people had the equivalent to their well rounded talents in sports as carpenters they could build a house from the ground up
immaculately.
Matt here could probably hammer a few nails into a board but wouldn't be able to read the blueprints. He would eventually get removed from the site for flailing around uncontrollably with hand tools and refusing to wear clothes.

I mean but whatever because Gretzky still isn't at running back quality like me. He's not an athlete. He's just good at skating like a little bitch and slapshots. Who cares. It's not a test of strength. So I still have him beat in the overall hybrid athlete category.

YEah. 515 smith machine paused calve raise for 2 reps is the goal next week.
Once I hit that, then calves should be at the proper power to weight ratio in order to get my hand time down to the 6.8s hopefully given the right warm conditions and a legal tail wind of 1.6 meters per second.
That should give me 7.4s FAT.
Calves are at 16.41 right now today at 6'0 and 204.

I only did that 611 at a body weight somewhere around 250s or something like that. And literally only deadlifted 2 reps every two weeks. I only deadlifted back then once per two weeks. I'll have to check the exact weight. That was in 2018 on a huge peanut butter bloat.
But did it with a crippled right arm that doesn't lock out and huge rounding of the back. Seemed to be more of a romanian deadlift than anything.
I no longer go heavy on deadlifts right now. My right arm feels like it could snap if I do. So sticking with hyper extensions with dumbbells instead. I don't need to deadlift to work lower back.
