Bottomline is either do your running back training or you're not an athlete.
This negates 75 percent of the NFLs accomplishments over the past 100 years. It also negates and erases everything the track and field world has accomplished.
Either do it NON-myostatin deficient or don't do it at all.
My bad. Has Olympic decathlete Trey Hardee or Ashton Eaton ever benched press 420 with a bounce naturally or 400 paused? I don't think so. Exactly. STFU.
Treys max is only 360 with a bounce. Eatons is like 290. But wait. He's the Olympic champion in some weird ass 10 event thing that involves using a pole to jump over things. Yeah because that's a test of power. And the 1500 isn't a test of strength. It's a test of who's the biggest twink. Twinks run the 1500. Nobody cares about the 1500.
I make crossfit athletes look like a joke.
None of them can compete.
Nobody within the crossfit world can even break sub 58 seconds in the 400 meter dash at bodyweights over 190.
I've done 53 seconds at 6'0 and 214. Not only am I giving all of them a 20 to 25 pound weight advantage but i'm beating the 190 pounders on average by 8 to 20 seconds. That's sad.
But wait. Crossfit athletes deserve millions for their so called pathetic fitness level. And here I am beating them all in the overall hybrid athlete category and not making one damn penny off of it.
They are in such denial that they are blocking me left and right on instagram. None of them can compete. I've spent over 7 years trying to find one single crossfit athlete capable of breaking 58 seconds at body weights over 190 and have found none that can do it. Military people can't even do this. Nobody can. Olympic 800 runner Nick Symmonds just posted his 400 time the other day at 182 lbs and was only able to do 57 seconds.
Because Symmonds ran in the Olympics at 162. He has a PR of 47 seconds at 162 lbs but could only manage a 57 second 400 meter dash at 5'10 and 182 because when you gain 20lbs over your ideal body weight for running, running actually because hard to do. If Symmonds can barely even do this and he ran 1:42 in the 800 what makes you all think you can compete with me in this? Exactly.
What crossfit is doing is a scam. They created a dumb event and then called in sponsors to sponsor them for their so called obstacle course.
I could do the same thing. Make a 10 event running back decathlon where only NON-myostatin deficients are allowed to compete and then call in sponsors to sponsor the event and make millions off of it. What's the difference? There is no difference. I would absolutely blow the entire crossfit world out of the water in that event which would involve the broad jump, vertical, max bench on a smith machine for 5 reps with one arm, max paused hack squat, deadlift max, football toss for distance, 60meter dash, 40 yard dash, 20 yard dash, and 100meter dash.
The greatest test on the planet of overall power and endurance is a sub 58 second 400 meter dash at body weights over 190.
If you can't run sub 58 seconds in the 400 meter dash at over 190 LBS body weight then you're not an athlete. Bottomline.
And to even qualify for an athlete you must be over 190 lbs.
You can't compete.
Nobody can.
My current hybrid athlete status level is a 420 bench with a bounce, 400 paused.
A 6.94 hand timed in the 60 which equates to 7.50 FAT.
Just set another PR today with a 505 paused smith machine calve raise for 2 reps at 6'0 and 205.
Sucks when REAL athletes show up to roast you all huh? That must suck.
To get roasted by an absolute nobody who shows up out of nowhere with zero followers on social media.
But wait. Go follow Rich Froning on instagram and join the crowd with his 2.1 million deluded followers. Keep thinking that he's actually fit or something. He has a PR of only 1:00 in the 400 at 5'11 and 195. That's pathetic.

I left my browser open in one of Matt's threads and later that week, my ex she was really moaning extra hard, Im thinking damn I must be hitting it good and then she screams out "fuk me harder matt, touch me with that t rex arm". I could never measure up once she saw matt and she left me over my insecurities, she knew my 400m time was chit and I could never look as good as him.

Here's crossfits sprint sled sprint final in the 2020 crossfit games this year.
Fraser wins the event in 56 seconds.
The event is a 100 yard sprint, 100 yard by 95 lb sled push, then a 100 yard sprint.
First off my 100 yard dash right now at 6'0 and 205 is somewhere within the range of 10.45 seconds. The 100 yards is 28 feet less than 100 meters so it's easier to run. I calculated that I could easily jog the first 100 in 12.5, push the sled in 16 seconds, then jog another 12.5 second 100 yard dash to give me a total time of 41 seconds.
So compare my 41 seconds in this to Frasers 56 seconds. But wait everyone. Fraser is the hottest and strongest and the greatest NON-myostatin deficient athlete on the planet. Keep thinking that.
He looks like the stay puft marshmellow man. He needs to lose around 13lbs of water weight.
Lol. Not only would I beat Fraser in this, I would beat him by over 15 FULL SECONDS. That's pathetic. Frasers a joke. A non-athlete.

Here's so called Hybrid athlete Adam Klink with a 500 pound squat and sub 5 min mile at 6'0 and 215 lbs. He runs 4:56 and squats 500 in the same day. Wow big deal.
First off this isn't impressive due to a number of factors.
One is the squat isn't a test of power.
2. A sub 5min mile isn't impressive.
He leverages up the squat with a good back angle on the way up. Big deal.
I've done 462.5 paused on an icarian hack squat machine with no knee wraps with my feet at the bottom of the mat. That's the equivalent of 542.5 with my feet at the top of the mat because I get exactly 80lbs up more with my feet at the top of the mat. Foot placement is huge. I never max out on regular squats. But I don't have to and i'm still stronger and fitter. Does Klink leg curl 320lbs with momentum? Exactly.
So that right there is your 500 lb squat equivalent.
Then Klink himself has even told me on instagram that he's nowhere near 53 seconds in the 400 and can only run 1:02 at his current height and body weight. Which means that he's not an athlete. Which means i'm beating him by over 11 seconds in the 400 at 6'0 and 214lbs when I ran that.
So this then means seeing that the mile is a twink event, nobody cares about it.
My 60 meter dash hand time of 6.94 at 6'0 and 205 is rated way higher on the hybrid athlete scale alone compared to what Klink has done.
Yet there Klink is with over 45 thousand instagram followers. Over 100k views on his youtube video. People everywhere telling him he's so hot and so fit. And blah blah blah. STFU. I even told Klink he can't compete and told him all of this on instagram. And you know what he did? He blocked me. That's what happens when the denial is so great and the roast is so searing that he literally has zero choice but to block me. Pathetic.
And they call Klink the greatest hybrid athlete in the world now because of this. STFU. He's not. He's nowhere near my overall fitness levels. His bench is like literally 320 lbs. He's a **** just like all of the other so called hybrid athletes on instagram trying to show off their fitness levels.
So what we all can do is this. Blame yourselves for this. You all wanted to make this a game of let's see who can be the greatest hybrid athlete on the planet. Sucks when you're just going to get beat in this category every single time by me doesn't it?
I don't even get why you're all trying. Alls i'm doing is sitting back and laughing at all of you right now.

Tyson is on the myostatin deficiency scale. So anything he has accomplished has now just been deleted and doesn't count.
There are varying degrees of this myostatin deficiency and he's on the upper end of it.
Bottomline is either do it NON-myostatin deficient or don't do it at all.
