I got the jab back in april and a booster last week, both are the J&J. Yes I have read the long winded ramblings from some here trying to supposedly explain the various differences and honestly I don't fukkin care. I trust J&J as a company but the others I don't, no real reason other than it's just a gut reaction.

Has this long winded thread changed one persons mind? I am 100% pro vaccination but 112% against mandatory / forced vaccinations. We are adults, let us make our own decisions as we have done for thousands of years. Ultimately nature will decide which of us was correct.

I'm still holding out. At my age I should have been jabbed a long time ago. Like you, I'm not anti-vax at all but I'm against the mandates. I've completely lost confidence in the medical community because of how this has all played out. The only science being used in this is political science...

It means that along the 1,954 miles of southern border of the US and Mexico there are strategically placed flashing signs that say, "vacancy" every 5 miles advertising for all to come to the US. Open borders is a pretty broad topic. My views on our border is going to be a bit different than most on here but I will try to answer, just not sure what the exact question is. Also, I am now helping my youngest with homework so my answer may be delayed.

Fixed that for you with my reasoning being we will never ever get the true numbers of how many died from Covid itself. We know the reported cases of our typical yearly flu were down so is it possible covid filled in that gap? How many would have died anyways due to all sorts of other illnesses / co-morbidities they already had? How many were lumped into covid so hospitals and other businesses that get federal $$$ for this crap could continue to get these big dollars?

Look how quick Biden and team jumping on this latest Omicron variant to shut down air travel, extend mask mandates, force people to get vaccinated, etc when all reports so far have been this variant is pretty damn weak and seems to result in sore muscles and tiredness. A lot of this is a power grab that those who have it don't want to ever let go of it.

I'd rather move to a non-authoritarian location, but that's just me. I've been traveling to the freedom-based states. No international travel planned. Glad I got most of that travel over the last decade. Likely not going anywhere international for a few years I guess. I traveled to Hawaii, which had a lot of stupid restrictions, won't do that again. I'm not traveling anywhere with restrictions.

Stop discussing the real problems with real solutions. No one is listening. We're too polarized to become one. It's all part of the plan.
